Job Summary

Own and coordinate joint business planning with Grocery partners in the UK&I, turning strategy into partner-focused marketing and category plans while building test-and-learn playbooks to drive measurable impact.

  • Partner collaboration: shape JBPs and multi-brand campaigns with large grocery partners to hit revenue and trade goals.
  • Campaign execution: lead cross-channel planning across CRM, social, in-app, and performance marketing to deliver against partner objectives.

  • Collaborating and delivering joint business plans with some of our key Grocery partners, ensuring we’re world class marketing partners for some of the largest and most exciting organisations across the UK & Ireland.
  • \n
  • Working effectively alongside the UKI Grocery commercial team to understand the strategy and vision, what that means for our partners, and how we deliver with impact.
  • \n
  • Engaging partners with marketing strategy and plans, pitching new ideas and innovations, and spotting opportunities for ensuring marketing plans suit partner objectives.
  • \n
  • Reporting in monthly and quarterly reviews on the impact of marketing campaigns for partners, ensuring we are adding value to partners and to Deliveroo, improving on future campaigns.
  • \n
  • Building category trade plans, using insight and data to inform key seasonal and category trading moments throughout the calendar year.
  • \n
  • Leading out on quarterly planning cycles, starting with the consumer insight, building out propositional periods, engaging partners and delivering best in class marketing campaigns.
  • \n
  • Embedding a test & learn mindset across all we do, building playbooks and codifying learnings. Analysing data to provide trends and recommendations.
  • \n
  • Working x-vertically within the marketing team to deliver best in class marketing campaigns that deliver against the strategy and vision of the team, using expertise across the business.

\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • You will have 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce, FMCG, Grocery, or On-Demand Delivery.
  • \n
  • You will have a proven track record of managing high value external partnerships or ‘Joint Business Plans’ (JBPs), ideally with retail or grocery brands.
  • \n
  • You will have demonstrated experience executing 360 degree campaigns across CRM, Social, In App, and and Performance Marketing channels.
  • \n
  • You will have experience working closely with commercial teams to align marketing goals with revenue targets and trade cycles.
  • \n
  • You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to ‘pitch’ marketing innovations to both internal leadership and external partners.
  • \n
  • You are a natural team player who prioritises ownership across your partners and projects.
