Own end-to-end social media programs for multiple clients, from planning and content creation to publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization while collaborating with design and client teams.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of monthly social media plans for multiple client accounts.
Create, organize, and maintain social media content calendars while ensuring consistency with each client’s brand voice, goals, and visual identity.
Develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos, graphics, captions, stories, and platform-specific posts.
Identify trending sounds, formats, topics, and content opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Write clear, compelling, and on-brand social media copy tailored to each client’s target audience.
Collaborate with designers and internal creative teams to develop visually appealing graphics and other social media assets.
Schedule and publish content using social media management and scheduling platforms.
Assist with community management by monitoring accounts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages according to established brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather information, approvals, assets, and updates needed for content creation.
Support on-location photo and video shoots as needed, including capturing behind-the-scenes and social-first content.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform features, and content best practices.
Experience creating and maintaining social media content calendars.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
Comfortable capturing and editing short-form photo and video content.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling or management platforms.
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines and client accounts.
