• Confidence working directly with directors and senior members of the business.
• The ability to manage several projects and external suppliers simultaneously.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within insurance, financial services, professional services or another B2B environment.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
• Experience developing content and marketing campaigns.
• A good understanding of websites, SEO and digital marketing.
• The ability to manage several projects and external suppliers simultaneously.
• A commercial mindset and an understanding that marketing should ultimately contribute to enquiries, client retention and profitable growth.
• Confidence working directly with directors and senior members of the business.
• The ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred

• Experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
