Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through to execution
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target KPIs
Monitor daily account performance and make proactive optimisations
Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for growth
Create testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages
Work closely with our Creative, Strategy and Client Success teams
Deliver monthly performance reports and present recommendations to clients
Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and industry trends
Manage multiple client accounts across a range of industries
Must be able to travel to the office.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
Proven experience managing five or more client accounts.
Strong understanding of: - Campaign structure - Pixel & Conversion API - Audience strategy - Retargeting - Lookalike audiences - Attribution - Scaling strategies
Confident analysing performance data and making commercial decisions
Excellent communication skills
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 and Klaviyo is advantageous

Preferred

Google Ads experience
Experience with prize competition, eCommerce or lead generation brands
Strong CRO knowledge
Experience interpreting GA4 data
Experience briefing creative teams using performance insights
