Requirements

3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
Experience supporting communications initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational change or culture-building efforts.
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for a variety of employee and leadership audiences.
Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools such as Firstup, SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, Yammer, SharePoint or similar technologies.
Experience developing content for employee, leadership and stakeholder audiences including emails, newsletters, presentations, messaging frameworks and leadership communications.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and timelines.
Understanding of communications measurement and program performance metrics.
Experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital communications and content development best practices.
Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture and evolving communications practices.

Preferred

Experience supporting large-scale change management or transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with employee listening, engagement measurement or communications research methodologies.
Experience working on integrated communications programs that span internal and external audiences.
Knowledge of SEO or digital content optimization best practices.
