Responsibilities

Lead and execute the firm’s overall marketing and business development strategy
Build and grow strategic partnerships and referral relationships with attorneys, professional organizations, healthcare and senior-focused organizations, community groups, and other potential partners
Identify new and creative opportunities to generate business and expand the firm’s reach
Develop and strengthen the firm’s brand, reputation, and market presence
Identify and manage sponsorships, conferences, speaking opportunities, community events, and strategic collaborations
Oversee the firm’s social media and content strategy
Manage PR, media opportunities, awards, newsletters, events, sponsorships, and other brand-building initiatives
Develop relationships with organizations, community leaders, and influencers aligned with the firm’s practice and mission
Manage outside marketing, PR, creative, advertising, and digital vendors
Track referral sources, partnerships, campaigns, and marketing ROI

Requirements

Has 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, branding, or a related field
Has experience independently leading a marketing function or department
Is a natural relationship builder and networker
Understands how to develop partnerships and turn relationships into measurable business opportunities
Has strong instincts for branding, positioning, and business growth
Is outgoing, polished, creative, resourceful, and comfortable representing the firm externally
Is comfortable developing relationships with attorneys, executives, organizations, community leaders, and potential strategic partners
Understands social media and content strategy but is not expected to personally manage technical PPC, SEO, or paid digital campaigns
Can think strategically while also taking ownership of execution
Is proactive and does not need to wait for someone to tell them what to do next
