Job Summary

You will own the leasing cycle and marketing for a property, guiding prospects from greeting to lease while coordinating maintenance and renewals.

Lead leasing activities from greeting through application processing to lease signing
Drive off-site and on-site marketing and competitive market knowledge
Maintain strong resident relations and manage renewals and maintenance coordination

Job Description

Responsibilities

Handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, processing applications, preparing leases, and following up with prospects.
Be an expert on the community and amenities, as well as those of the community's competitors.
Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans.
Collection calls, renewals calls, work order management
Perform all other duties as needed

Requirements

1-2 years of prior Property Management experience is a plus.
Demonstrate strong leasing and marketing skills
Must possess strong leadership skills and customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus!
Strong background in property management, including experience in property leasing and maintenance
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and QuickBooks
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer relationship management
Ability to effectively communicate in a bilingual setting
Experience in marketing and leadership roles within the real estate industry
