Responsibilities

Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for both locations
Capture lifestyle and product photography for menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and social
Cover in-store events including Big Saturdays, Story Times, and seasonal programming
Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram and Facebook
Direct talent on camera — baristas, customers, and vendors
Collaborate with our paid social agency and existing organic video producer
Build a library of evergreen brand assets

Requirements

Some experience producing branded content for food/beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality
Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video instincts and a polished photography eye
Deliverable mindset — ships work, hits deadlines, doesn’t need to be chased
Owns gear: camera body, lenses, lighting, audio, and editing software
Based in the DFW metro or able to reliably travel to Little Elm and Prosper
Photography: 1 year (Required)
Videography: 1 year (Required)
