Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce, edit and publish engaging short-form video and digital content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and other emerging platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or comparable editing software.
Designs and implements content strategy to align with department’s business goals. Produces and edits compelling photography and videography in accordance with strategy.
Create reports on KPIs and ROI for social media initiatives. Collects and analyzes data and tracks performance of various initiatives. Develop and implement changes to improve business results.
Curates and follows a monthly social media, paid media & email content calendar.
Research current trends and audience preferences to stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Support the Manager of Marketing with executing email marketing, campaigns, including building campaigns, scheduling and reporting
Responsible for working events which include escorting media, editing photos / websites and social media posts during award shows.
Availability to work outside “normal” business hours, evenings and weekends.

Requirements

BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Marketing or a related field
2-4 years related work experience in a Marketing or Digital Marketing role
Experience in photography preferred
Proven experience producing designs for various types of media (Website, Social Media, & Print).
Demonstrated professional experience editing short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, sports team or entertainment organization.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp or similar CRM systems.

Preferred

Events/Music industry experience preferred.

The Ontario Reign, AHL affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, are currently in their fourth season in the American Hockey League, and 11th season in the Inland Empire.
