Requirements

Marketing experience: ideally in-house or agency-side with a consumer brand
A portfolio of short-form video work you’ve personally edited, or filmed (ideally including paid ad creative).
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus Lightroom or equivalent for photo editing
Experience editing video for paid social and YouTube ads, including hook variations, aspect ratio versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), and creative iteration based on performance data
Hands-on camera experience: mirrorless or cinema camera operation, basic audio, and an eye for composition in run-and-gun conditions
Strong storytelling and writing chops: captions, scripts, web copy, and concepts that hold up without a design layer
Working knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and native best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Comfort in a shop and off-grid environment. Our best content happens side-by-side with builders and in the wild, not in a studio.

Experience shooting vehicles, overlanding, or outdoor recreation content

Drone certification
