Job Summary

Own regional account leadership and activate on-trade presence for JUBEL through account management, consumer sampling, and bar-team enablement.

Responsibilities

Sampling and consumer activation: create memorable first-time trials that make JUBEL the talk of the on-trade, turning tasters into regulars.
Staff Training and serve quality: train bar teams, brief interns and ambassadors, and ensure high quality draught and consistent branding across sites.
Serve Consistency: drive high quality of draught serve across your sites, ensuring every pint meets a 10/10 standard in glass, menu description, branding, and dispense.
Network: build and maintain an outstanding on-trade network across flagship site owners, influential GMs, activation partners, and head office teams.
Interns & Ambassadors: up-skill and brief interns and ambassadors to deliver brilliant activations, with or without you on-site.

Jubel

Our StoryWe discovered two things at La Folie Douce, a raucous après-ski bar. The first was Jubel - an anthem that closed out the après antics and meant “a feeling of extreme joy”. The second was demi-pêche - a pint of lager with a peach top. This dangerously refreshing beer secret swiftly became the beer we wanted to drink that no one brewed, so we sunk our savings into a trial brew that flew at a festival, and escaped our 9-5s to pioneer a new style of beer.
