Job Summary

Own end-to-end multi-channel marketplace and Shopify store operations, combining catalog, SEO, promotions, and brand-consistent content to maximize sales and profitability across Amazon/eBay, Shopify retail, and B2B channels.

Marketplace Operations: Manage Amazon Seller Central and eBay, create and optimise listings, monitor pricing, stock, and account health, and handle buyer communications.
Storefront & Content: Own two Shopify stores, build listings, maintain catalog structure, merchandising, on-page SEO, and theme/code updates for brand consistency.
Growth & Promotions: Plan promotions, produce print and digital assets, ensure on-brand assets across channels, and translate performance data into improvements.

Job Description

Marketplace Operations: Manage Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub, write and build listings, optimise content and imagery, monitor pricing and Buy Box, track account health, and handle buyer queries and feedback.
Storefront & Content: Take day-to-day ownership of two Shopify stores (retail and B2B), develop product listings, maintain catalog structure, merchandising, on-page SEO, and theme/code updates for a cohesive brand experience.
Growth & Promotions: Plan marketplace promotions and deals, produce print and digital assets, ensure on-brand assets across print and online, and report on performance to drive improvements.
