Job Summary

Support a marketing apprentice who helps plan, deliver, and measure campaigns while assisting CRM communications, event logistics, and BI-driven reporting.

  • Growth & Campaign Execution: Learn end-to-end campaign planning, delivery, and measurement with basic analytics across channels.
  • CRM & Communications: Assist with CRM campaigns and customer communications to build engagement.
  • Assets, Events, & Reporting: Help manage digital assets, support event organisation, and contribute to dashboards and insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn how marketing campaigns are planned, delivered, and measured
  • Support marketing managers with a variety of real business projects
  • Assist with CRM campaigns and customer communications
  • Help manage and maintain digital assets across internal systems
  • Gain experience in reporting and analytics using business intelligence tools
  • Support with campaign delivery and marketing activities
  • Assist with event organisation and occasionally represent Michelin externally.

Requirements

  • GCSEs (grades 9–4 or equivalent), in Maths and English
  • Minimum of 2 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
