Job Summary

Own and orchestrate media-forward advocacy campaigns, combining media relations, press-office leadership, and online engagement to drive BPAS goals across multiple nations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated media and campaigning activity that supports BPAS advocacy goals
  • Identify, develop and pitch compelling media stories to secure high-profile coverage
  • Manage a responsive press office function, including handling media enquiries and breaking news opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, stakeholders, partners, and supporters
  • Draft press releases, statements, op-eds, briefing materials, and campaign communications
  • Lead online campaigning and supporter engagement activity, including email communications and e-newsletters
  • Work collaboratively across Communications, Advocacy, and Research & Innovation teams to deliver campaigns across the four nations
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools to measure impact and identify improvements
