Job Summary

Own the published web experience end to end by shaping CMS workflows, design system adoption, and testable page variations for SEO and accessibility, with a global, cross-functional coordination model.

  • Page publishing and design-system ownership across templates and QA for SEO and accessibility.
  • CMS quality and Sitecore validation: log issues, drive fixes, and validate enhancements before deployment.
  • SEO/GEO readiness: implement changes, monitor impact, and provide analytics to stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch new pages by translating content into the corresponding templates
  • Rework existing pages into the new design system
  • Able to implement quick-code fixes to pages with HTML and CSS
  • Assist with setting up page variations for testing: user testing, heatmaps, A/B testing, etc.
  • Implement and anticipate page changes needed to support SEO and GEO
  • Identify bugs within CMS and create development tickets to have issues addressed
  • Assist validating Sitecore enhancements prior to deployment
  • Identify issues with content prior to implementation and provide feedback to requestors
  • Support distributed authoring in the CMS by reviewing authored pages; determine when a fix can be made or if the page needs to be further evaluated
  • QA pages for SEO, design, accessibility, and other factors that impact user experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience publishing content to the web on a content management system (CMS), e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress
  • BS or BA in Web/Interactive Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong HTML skills and understanding of CSS principles
  • Strong computer/technical skill and ability to quickly master new software
  • Demonstrated understanding of web best practices, site optimization, accessibility requirements, and SEO
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to build relationships and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders cross-functionally, cross-regionally, and globally
  • Ability to proofread English-language campaign content for accuracy, formatting, links, and obvious errors
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and AI-enabled ways of working
  • Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
