  • Performance and optimization: analyse financial and market data to inform recommendations and improve future events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for delivering customer events; managing the process from brief through to execution working with the Events Marketing Manager.
  • Teamwork in this role is critical! Your key relationships will be with the wider team, operations, marketing and commercial colleagues, influencing them to ensure we have the right event plan for customers.
  • Manage end to end process for customer events from brief through to execution including a review to build recommendations to improve our customer offer.
  • Analyse performance of events including both internal financial performance and market data.
  • Work cross functionally to deliver execution plans with retail to ensure all activities can be implemented by all stores, regardless of size and customer profile.
  • Take ownership of the documents and plans you are working on to ensure you review and raise any issues or queries for escalation.
  • Prepare clear and concise briefs delivered on time to stores to ensure right first time delivery.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of interpreting market trends, data and customer insight to form recommendations
  • Understanding of commercial and marketing functions
  • Ability to create a plan from several data and insight sources
  • Organised and able to manage numerous events simultaneously
  • Strong communications skills to effectively engage others and manage stakeholders
  • Experience using Google Sheets and looker
  • Personal resilience
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Experience in a previous planning or organisational role
  • Ability to show experience of strong ownership of work
  • Experience in prioritising a demanding workload
