Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM and event marketing workflows for email, events, and post-event follow-ups, with a global-first perspective and a bias toward process improvements and testing.

  • Own email campaign orchestration in Braze/Mailchimp, including QA, testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Own event communications and post-event follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
  • Own measurement and reporting on campaign performance, with ongoing optimization and learning documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Braze and Mailchimp
  • Create campaign assets and manage audience segmentation
  • Ensure accuracy and performance through QA and testing (content, links, personalization, send strategy)
  • Manage event communications (invites, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners
  • Support event execution, including on-site when needed
  • Track attendee engagement and support post-event follow-up
  • Manage campaign workflows from intake through deployment
  • Coordinate with copy, design, and stakeholders to gather assets and approvals
  • Keep projects on track by managing timelines and priorities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event coordination
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear communication and ability to work across teams
  • Interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and event marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset

Preferred

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with reporting or marketing analytics tools
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)
