Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Create new content pieces and turn long-form content into fresh formats (social posts, infographics, short-form video) and maintain our content library, and keep an SEO lens on written content.
  • Flexport Storytelling: Interview clients to craft compelling success stories and testimonials. Work with subject matter experts across the business to keep an eye on market trends and turn them into timely content, and support Product Marketing with launch content and collateral..
  • Social & Digital: Own organic social media execution and manage our email newsletter and nurture flows.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales and Business Development to ensure content gets used effectively across the funnel, and support sales with enablement collateral.
  • Content Performance: Track and report on content performance (engagement, distribution, funnel impact)
  • Event Content: Produce the content that brings our events to life, from promotional social and email campaigns to on-site recap content, for conferences, roundtables, and webinars across EMEA.
  • Webinars: Support production of our monthly webinar series, including promotion and supporting content.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing or content roles (internships welcome).
  • Multilingual: Near-native English plus fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus.
  • A Passion for Content: You love writing, repurposing content across formats, and telling stories on social media.
  • Creative & Tech-Savvy: Sharp copywriting, design/video skills (Canva), and hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini).
  • Organized & Flexible: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple content workstreams, plus occasional event support, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plus: Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
