Responsibilities

• Email Marketing & Communications: Assist with customer and marketing communications, including responding to PR enquiries, event opportunities and collaboration requests.
• Proofread email marketing content to ensure messaging is clear, accurate and consistent with each brand's tone of voice.
• Support the wider marketing team with email-related activity and PR outreach.
• Help ensure communications are accurate, professional and delivered on time.
• Social Media Engagement & Community Management: Regularly monitor the social media channels for both Nail Order and LFT, including tagged posts, mentions and relevant conversations.
• Like, comment on and engage with content featuring or mentioning either brand.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, nail and beauty professionals, creators and the wider online community through genuine, on-brand interaction.
• Respond to general messages and enquiries received through social media.
• Identify and escalate customer service enquiries or more complex questions to the appropriate team.
• Identify strong user-generated content, interesting conversations, emerging creators and potential opportunities for the marketing team.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A confident written communicator with good spelling and grammar.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, creators, influencers and external contacts.
• Familiar with major social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Naturally engaged with social media and aware of current content and online trends.
• Able to understand and adapt to different brand tones of voice.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Able to manage multiple smaller tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Interested in marketing, PR, social media and brand building.
