Responsibilities

• Coordinating and maintaining a single integrated marketing plan.
• Providing oversight of marketing activity, budgets, priorities and performance.
• Producing insights and reporting for senior leaders.
• Leading projects that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and ways of working.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication and improve collaboration.
• Supporting the adoption of new technology, automation and AI solutions.
• Working with stakeholders across the business to remove blockers and improve delivery.
• Acting as the central point of visibility across the marketing function.

Requirements

• You're looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and experience driving operational improvement or business change.
• You might currently be working in Marketing Operations, Marketing Projects, Campaign Management, Transformation, Business Change or Continuous Improvement.
