Job Summary

Own the brand standards and messaging across a distributed network, owning campaigns from plan to execution and events to awards, with a strong focus on content, social, open days, and PR that drive occupancy, outreach and recruitment.

  • Brand stewardship: ensure consistent tone, visuals, and compliance across group, home and recruitment marketing.
  • Campaign & event ownership: plan and coordinate campaigns, social content, open days, and recruitment events with home managers and central teams.
  • PR, awards, and employer branding: manage submissions, write impactful nominations and nurture recruitment materials to attract talent.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Protect and consistently apply Elizabeth Finn Homes brand standards across all group, home and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Deliver sales and marketing plans for focus homes to support occupancy growth, enquiries and referrals.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, adverts, presentations, social media graphics and event collateral.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, audience-appropriate and aligned with organisational values, tone of voice and quality standards.
  • Develop engaging content that promotes care quality, resident experiences, lifestyle, colleague achievements and community involvement.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with home managers and central teams, managing actions, deadlines, ownership and follow-up.
  • Plan, create and schedule social media content to support sales, recruitment, brand awareness and local engagement objectives.
  • Organise and promote open days, community events, networking opportunities, awareness campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Produce promotional communications, including invitations, email campaigns, signage and event materials.
  • Manage the group PR and awards programme, identifying opportunities and coordinating submissions throughout the year.
