Own the SELT marketing agenda to drive revenue growth and market expansion while building cross‑functional buy‑in and leading a small team.

  • ROI & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign results to lift ROI.
  • Team & Stakeholders: Lead and develop the marketing team and align SELT stakeholders across the business.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Developing and executing the marketing strategy to support revenue growth and market expansion, specifically focusing on Trinity's Secure English Language Test Centres (SELT).
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth using traditional and digital media.
  • Take on a team leader position, building positive relationships with SELT marketing team members and stakeholders across the business.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Marketing Manager position.
  • Strong analytical skill with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships.
  • Expertise in B2C marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management and the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
