Job Summary

Own cross-sector marketing delivery by turning sector priorities into targeted, insight-led campaigns across events, digital, PR and brand, while aligning with commercial goals and building strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Sector Campaign Execution: translate strategy into campaigns across events, digital, PR and brand to influence growth and win rates.
  • Channel and Partners: collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-channel activity that meets audience needs.
  • Insights and Optimisation: monitor performance, use analytics to refine plans, and present recommendations to improve outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sector marketing planning and delivery
  • Develop and deliver detailed marketing plans aligned to sector strategies
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and communications
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality approach across all activity
  • Campaign development and execution
  • Translate strategy into targeted, insight-led campaigns across all areas of the marketing mix – events, digital, PR and brand campaigns
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver activity across multiple channels
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives and audience needs
  • A creative marketing thinker and executor of marketing tactics
  • Supporting commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in a Marketing Manager role within professional services or a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to optimise performance
  • Experience using CRM systems for targeting, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to act as a trusted marketing partner
  • Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a high-performance culture
