Job Summary

Sector marketing lead translates strategy into campaigns across events, digital, PR and brand while coordinating cross-team efforts and tender support to move commercial goals.

  • Ownership: day-to-day lead for allocated sectors, aligning programs to audience needs and revenue goals.
  • Delivery: plan and execute campaigns, events, and communications with a consistent, high-quality approach.
  • Optimization: use analytics to target, monitor performance, and refine activity with internal teams and partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver detailed marketing plans aligned to sector strategies
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and communications
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality approach across all activity
  • Translate strategy into targeted, insight-led campaigns across all areas of the marketing mix – events, digital, PR and brand campaigns
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver activity across multiple channels
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives and audience needs
  • A creative marketing thinker and executor of marketing tactics
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell through campaigns and content
  • Supporting targeted activity to drive sector growth
  • Contributing to activity that strengthens win rates, including targeted campaigns and insights

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience in a Marketing Manager role within professional services or a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to optimise performance
  • Experience using CRM systems for targeting, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to act as a trusted marketing partner
  • Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a high-performance culture
