Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing execution and optimization, shaping strategy and multi-channel acquisition while driving content and campaigns that convert, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements across paid, email, and social to grow qualified leads and retention.

  • Growth strategy and campaign planning: align marketing with business objectives and define measurable outcomes
  • Paid/social acquisition: own Meta/Google ads and optimize funnels for B2C and B2B
  • Content, social, and channel ownership: lead social across key platforms, create in-house content, and coordinate shoots

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and shape the wider marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences and measurable outcomes
  • Drive both B2C and B2B lead generation strategies across multiple channels
  • Own and optimise paid social and search campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Build and improve high-performing acquisition funnels to generate qualified leads
  • Test creatives, audiences and messaging to continuously improve performance and lower CPA
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging content in-house, including photography and short-form videos

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within a creative, design-led or product-based business
  • Comfortable managing both strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, particularly Meta and Google Ads
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident creating content and directing shoots
  • Commercially aware with a strong analytical mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a small team environment and enjoys taking ownership
