Job Summary

Build and own the festival marketing engine from strategy through on-site activation, focusing on multi‑channel campaigns, ticket sales, and partner alignment.

  • Campaign ownership across digital, social, email, PR, influencer, and traditional media.
  • Market research, competitive sensing, and partner/sponsor relationship management to spot opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for festivals and events.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, influencer, and traditional channels.
  • Create and oversee content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
  • Plan and execute ticket sales campaigns, promotions, and launch activities.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and ROI.
  • Build relationships with media partners, sponsors, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Along with our social media manager, support on-site festival marketing activities and brand activation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Passion for festivals, music, events, and audience engagement.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience within the festivals, events, entertainment, or hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of ticketing platforms and event marketing.
  • Experience managing partnerships and sponsorship activations.
