Job Summary

Own the cross-channel marketing program for a luxury automotive brand, aligning Client Experience, leadership and external partners to convert awareness into high-value enquiries and orders.

  • Growth/Brand Ops: Own the integrated calendar and multi-channel plan across digital, social, PR, print, events and partnerships.
  • Partnerships & Events: Coordinate relationships with media, agencies, suppliers and event organisers to drive relevant opportunities and client experiences.
  • Pipeline Enablement: Collaborate with Client Experience and HubSpot tools to turn awareness into qualified enquiries and visible pipelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Client Experience and leadership teams to deliver our marketing plan
  • Manage marketing activity across digital, social, print, PR, events and partner channels
  • Maintain a structured calendar of always-on, campaign-based and event-led activity
  • Promote GTO’s restorations, restomods, events, parts and private car sales
  • Help manage the GTO brand, ensuring consistency, quality and discretion across all channels
  • Create messaging that reflects GTO’s Ferrari expertise, engineering quality, craftsmanship, heritage and future direction
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to identify and deliver strong marketing opportunities
  • Help manage relationships with selected partners, media contacts, agencies, suppliers and event organisers
  • Plan, organise and attend key UK and international events, including GTO-hosted client experiences
  • Work with the Client Experience team to turn awareness and interest into enquiries, prospects and work/orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within luxury, automotive, motorsport, private client services or a similar premium sector
  • Strong writing, storytelling and content judgement, with an eye for quality, detail and discretion
  • Experience managing activity across digital, social, PR, print, events and partnerships
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership, client-facing teams, technical specialists and external partners
  • Well organised, able to manage calendars, campaigns, deadlines and multiple moving parts, and be hands-on
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing supports enquiries, reputation and sales pipeline
  • Comfortable in a high-value, low-volume, relationship-led environment
  • You don’t need to be a Ferrari expert, but genuine interest in cars, craftsmanship, heritage or luxury culture is a big plus
  • Comfortable driving and/or being driven in high performance cars!
