Job Summary

Own Glenholme’s end-to-end marketing by balancing occupancy growth, brand, and recruitment marketing across digital, PR and content, with executive reporting.

  • Growth & occupancy ownership: multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, email, and website to drive enquiries and admissions.
  • Recruitment & employer branding: campaigns on job boards and social channels to attract staff and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Brand, content, and measurement: resident stories, case studies, and content across channels with KPI reporting to leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy for Glenholme Senior Living.
  • Create and manage marketing plans that support occupancy growth, brand awareness, and business objectives.
  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to increase enquiries, admissions, and market share across all regions.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activity, including website management, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external suppliers.
  • Analyse website, advertising, and campaign performance using data and reporting tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in lead generation, enquiry conversion, and return on investment.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets across occupancy and recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee recruitment advertising campaigns across job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing digital advertising budgets and measuring return on investment.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and agencies.
  • Experience leading and developing team members.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience within health and social care, healthcare, care homes, retirement living, or hospitality sectors.
  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms.
  • Photography, videography, or graphic design experience.
  • Knowledge of occupancy-driven marketing and lead generation.
