Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing mix for education recruitment and employer engagement, with ownership of campaigns, content, events, and analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Growth Engine: Plan and optimize paid search, SEO, and site performance to drive inquiries.
Content & Campaigns: Create blogs, social, video, and email that advance learners and employers through the funnel.
Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs and ROI, using data to continually improve campaigns and website inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive learner recruitment and employer engagement
Managing SEO, PPC, and website performance
Creating dynamic content across blogs, social media, video, and email
Planning events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility
Monitoring KPIs, ROI, and performance data to continuously improve marketing efforts
Managing and tracking all website enquiries and analytics

Requirements

Experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of content strategy, analytics, and campaign management
Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent GCSEs)

Preferred

Degree or HND in Marketing
Video editing and web development experience (HTML/JavaScript knowledge a bonus)
Experience working in education, training or apprenticeships
