Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand gen campaigns that move pipeline.

Own multi-channel demand gen campaigns and end-to-end execution that move pipeline.
Lead demand gen calendar, launches, events, and always-on activity across teams and partners.
Surface insights from dashboards to drive decisions and optimize monthly and quarterly pipeline performance.

Job Description

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
Own the demand gen calendar - campaigns, launches, events, and always-on activity
Work with the Marketing Director on GTM strategy for new services and product launches
Track, report on, and optimise pipeline contribution from marketing activity
Run campaigns end-to-end: briefing, execution, optimisation, reporting
Own key initiatives from strategy through to delivery - not just the execution layer
Coordinate across the team and external partners to keep things moving
Own LinkedIn organic strategy and execution alongside the content team
Manage and optimise our paid media engine - LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels
For example, we’re currently running ads on ChatGPT/OpenAI - you’ll be in the thick of testing and iterating on that

4+ years in a B2B marketing
Proven track record of running campaigns that have contributed to pipeline or revenue
Experience with paid media - LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads essential
Experience running and managing events is essential
HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
Strategic thinker who can also roll their sleeves up and get things done
AI-native - you use AI tools in your day-to-day and you’re curious about what’s coming next
Strong project management instincts - you keep plates spinning without dropping any
Data-literate - you can build a report, read a dashboard, and draw the right conclusions
