Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will develop and deliver a marketing and communications strategy that raises awareness and enhances the reputation of the programme.
  • Your focus will be on attracting a diverse pipeline of outstanding applicants, providing the programme with the depth and quality of candidates needed to select an exceptional cohort.
  • Success depends on understanding the motivations of a sophisticated, senior audience and being hands on in delivering targeted, insight-led campaigns that build trust, credibility and engagement.
  • Combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery, you'll lead marketing activity across a variety of channels, while managing specialist suppliers and freelance support.
  • You will play a key role in expanding the programme's profile across the University ecosystem, working collaboratively across Collegiate and departmental networks to influence activity, align priorities, and drive coordinated communications efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies.
  • Experience marketing to senior professional, executive, leadership or high-net-worth audiences where influence, relationships and credibility are critical.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, customer journeys and targeted communications.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior internal and external audiences.
  • Experience planning and delivering high-quality events, networking opportunities or thought leadership activities.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience using data and insight to optimise marketing performance.
