Job Summary

Own the storytelling and brand-building work across Avalon’s digital channels, websites, and campaigns to strengthen community impact and alignment with values.

Brand storytelling: craft compelling digital content, campaigns, and website experiences for community audiences.
Internal/External narrative: shape messages that reflect Avalon’s mission in outreach and engagement.
Transformation support: contribute to major change initiatives to extend reach and influence.

Responsibilities

From colleague engagement and recruitment campaigns to commissioner visibility, digital storytelling, website development and management, and supporting major transformation projects, this role will play a key part in strengthening Avalon’s brand and impact across the communities we serve.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and values-driven Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell Avalon’s story - internally and externally.
