Job Summary

Own the service marketing roadmap end to end, aligning with targets and audience while coordinating across leadership, brand, and external agencies to drive campaigns, content, and measurement that move annual goals.

  • Marketing strategy & governance: plan, budget, and calendar with cross-functional sign-off and KPI tracking.
  • Content and channel execution: website, social, email, and SEO tied to audience needs and service branding.
  • Stakeholder alignment: translate feedback from commissioners and partners into messaging, assets, and timely delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Head of Service and Engagement & Partnerships Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the services objectives and target audience, to help ensure we achieve our annual targets.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring it is allocated efficiently and proportionately across activity and resources.
  • Developing and maintaining a marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns and activities.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Developing positive working relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders, ensuring feedback, priorities and service requirements are effectively translated into marketing activity and deliverables, whilst maintaining clear communication around priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Thrive Tribes Head of Brand and Marketing to manage and optimise the Smokefree Hampshire website and social media channels, to increase engagement and reach.
  • Developing and creating engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, blog articles, videos and infographics.
  • Implementing and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote our service offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to utilise SEO strategies and improve online visibility, driving traffic to our website.
