Job Summary

Own the content and funnel engine for inbound leads across Meta ads and social, with a strong bias toward video, short-form formats, and trend-aware posting.

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan and optimize inbound campaigns and nurture funnels to turn impressions into inquiries.
  • Content & Video: Produce and edit short-form video content and client stories for a multi-platform strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Social & Content Ops: Plan, schedule, and grow social channels while surfacing content opportunities from trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Marketing
  • Create content designed to generate inbound leads and enquiries
  • Develop marketing campaigns that attract potential clients
  • Create and manage content for Meta advertising campaigns
  • Write ad copy and assist with creative development
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Identify new opportunities to generate leads through organic and paid marketing
  • Help build marketing funnels and nurture prospects
  • Content Creation & Video Editing
  • Create and edit short-form video content

Requirements

  • Marketing : 3 years (required)
  • Has knowledge of Meta Ads and how they generate leads
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Comfortable using Canva
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Commercially minded and focused on results
  • Confident managing multiple projects
  • Understands content marketing and customer journeys
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT

Preferred

  • Marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience with multiple brands or agencies
