Job Summary

Own feet-on-the-ground execution support for trade marketing and social media at a fast-growing cosmetics brand, with a bias toward activations, events, briefs, and content scheduling for two functions.

  • Trade Marketing: assist activations, POS, and campaigns; coordinate shows and events; draft commercially focused briefs
  • Social Media: plan and schedule on-brand content; monitor channels; support influencer seeding and performance reporting

Job Description

  • Trade Marketing: Supporting the Trade Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of retailer activations, point-of-sale materials, and trade campaigns across all brands.
  • Trade Marketing: Helping coordinate trade shows and retailer events, managing logistics, assets, and follow-up materials.
  • Trade Marketing: Preparing trade marketing briefs for the creative team, ensuring they are clear, complete, and commercially focused.
  • Trade Marketing: Maintaining and organising trade marketing assets and documentation so they are accessible to the sales team and global partners.
  • Trade Marketing: Supporting product training materials for retail and distributor partners, both written and visual.
  • Trade Marketing: Tracking campaign performance and pulling together reporting on trade marketing activity.
  • Social Media: Supporting the social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok for Q+A and other Ellipsis brands.
  • Social Media: Creating and scheduling social content, working closely with the creative team to ensure assets are on-brand and to deadline.
  • Social Media: Monitoring social channels, engaging with the community, and flagging trends or opportunities to the team.
  • Social Media: Supporting influencer and seeding campaigns, including outreach, tracking, and reporting on results.
