Job Description

What We Are Building

We are building an AI-first disputes and investigations practice. That is where we start. That is what we are.

We are not cautious. We are not incremental. We take on the most complex, high-stakes matters in the market: disputes, investigations, fraud, insolvency, and the battles that matter most to the people and businesses fighting them. We stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients, and we do not stop until the job is done.

What makes us different is how we fight. We have built AI and automation into the core of how we work, not as a feature, not as a selling point, but as the foundation. It makes us faster, sharper, and harder to beat than anything the establishment has seen before.

We are coming for the biggest firms on the planet, the most entrenched institutions in professional services. We are not afraid of them. We are energised by them.

We play offence. All the time. We separate signal from noise. We finish the job. Always.

If you want to spend your career doing careful, guided, micromanaged work inside a structure built to resist change, this is not the place for you. If you want to be part of something that has never been done before, keep reading.

The Work

You will produce the content, assets, and materials that put this practice in front of the world. Pitch decks that win rooms. LinkedIn content that builds authority. Podcast and YouTube outreach that gets our senior practitioners in front of audiences that matter. Events that are planned, attended, and followed up with discipline.

AI is central to how you will work. Not as a novelty. Not as something you are learning. As the engine of everything you produce. Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, and the tools that come after them. You will use them to create faster, think sharper, and produce more than anyone expected from one person.

You will also be on the ground. Attending events, organising them, managing the diaries of senior practitioners, and making sure that every appearance, every conversation, and every opportunity is captured, followed up, and turned into something commercial.

This is not a graduate scheme. There is no hand-holding. There is pace, ambition, and the expectation that you will operate as a professional from day one.

Who You Are

We are not looking for the best CV in the pile. We are looking for someone who has already been doing this, in some form, without being asked. Who has built things with AI tools before anyone told them to. Who understands that great marketing is not about volume, it is about signal. And who cannot switch off when there is more to do.

You are someone who:

  • Brings relentless energy and a genuinely positive outlook. Not performed positivity. Real forward momentum.
  • Takes full ownership. You do not wait to be told. You see what needs doing and you do it.
  • Deploys common sense before asking questions. You think, then you act.
  • Treats AI as a tool you have already mastered, not a subject you are studying.
  • Is not scared of complexity but cuts through it with extreme simplification.
  • Understands that in marketing, finishing the job means following through. Every event. Every outreach. Every piece of content.
  • Finishes what they start. Every time.

What You Need to Bring

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is the starting point. What matters more is what you have already made and what you can demonstrate on day one.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or ElevenLabs. You use them daily, not occasionally.
  • The ability to produce pitch decks and presentation materials that are visually strong, clearly structured, and commercially persuasive.
  • Strong written communication skills. You write with clarity, economy, and purpose.
  • Experience producing content across LinkedIn, blog, video, or podcast formats.
  • Confidence in proactive outreach: researching targets, drafting messages, and following up with consistency.
  • Comfort with event coordination: researching, registering, attending, organising, and following up.
  • Organisational precision. Diary management, scheduling, and logistics require accuracy and reliability.

Useful but not essential:

•      Familiarity with the legal sector, professional services, or regulated industries.

•      Experience with AI audio or video production tools including ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or equivalent.

•      Understanding of SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing analytics.

•      Any experience with CRM platforms, outreach sequencing tools, or marketing automation.

What We Offer

Location: Soho, London. Five days a week in the office.

Salary: To be confirmed in the offer letter.

Learning budget and access to legal technology and marketing conferences.

Fast-track progression for those who perform.

What we actually offer, beyond the numbers, is the chance to build a marketing function inside a practice that has never existed before. You will have direct access to senior practitioners, a genuinely ambitious team, and the freedom to use every tool available to do the best work of your career so far. The standards are high. The opportunity is significant.
