Own paid media execution across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn, turning budget into measurable ROI through testing, optimization, and cross‑team collaboration.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑platform campaigns and manage budgets and bids.
  • Performance Analytics: Track ROI, CPA and ROAS and present clear performance reports.
  • Testing & Optimization: Spot opportunities to test, learn, and push results further.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Track ROI, CPA and ROAS, and present clear performance reports
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and manage budgets/bids
  • Spot opportunities to test, learn and push results further
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with wider goals
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Marketing Supervisor, and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Data-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Confident communicator and proactive team player
  • Passion for digital marketing and eCommerce growth
  • United Kingdom (required) work authorisation
