Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for our homes across the group
• Develop, implement and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Create engaging press releases to promote the group’s projects, events and successes
• Create engaging social media posts across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive insights

Requirements

• Proven experience within a marketing role
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Degree in Marketing or other related fields is advantageous
• Experience using Canva and Photoshop is advantageous
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
