Job Summary
Own the website marketing engine by coordinating product-page content, CRM-driven engagement, and cross-channel campaigns to deliver measurable enquiries and actionable insights.
- Website content & campaigns: plan and execute product pages and campaigns across the site and partner sites to drive inquiries.
- CRM-driven engagement & reporting: manage customer relationships, monitor responses, and deliver senior-staff reports with actionable metrics.
- Cross-team collaboration: liaise with marketing and sales to align messaging and content strategy across channels.
Job Description
Own the website marketing machine by coordinating product pages, campaigns, CRM, and cross-team collaboration to generate enquiries and insights.
- Website campaigns: plan and run campaigns with the digital media team.
- Product pages: create and update accurate, well-written product pages across our site and partner sites (e.g., Autotrader).
- CRM & inquiries: monitor enquiries via our website and CRM system and respond accordingly.
- Email campaigns: create campaigns via Mailchimp.
