Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and review marketing campaigns across print, social media, email and paid advertising.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website and customer emails.
  • Help manage Meta and Google advertising, including campaign setup, budgets and results.
  • Keep our WordPress website content up to date and apply good SEO practice.
  • Write and edit blogs, case studies, adverts, leaflets and brochures in a consistent Alfresco voice.
  • Work with the team to gather photographs, customer stories and ideas from jobs across the business.
  • Brief and coordinate designers, printers and other suppliers.
  • Explore opportunities to reach homeowners, businesses and property managers.
  • Track what our campaigns cost and what they achieve, then recommend what we should do next.
  • Proofread every detail before anything is published or sent to print.

Requirements

  • You’ll have practical marketing experience across both digital and print.
  • You’ll know how to organise a campaign, write clear copy, work to deadlines and use results to improve the next one.
  • Experience with social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and WordPress would be valuable.
  • You should also be comfortable using everyday tools such as Excel and creating or briefing visual content.
  • Experience with Photoshop or other design software is welcome, but you don’t need to be a graphic designer.
  • Above all, we’re looking for sound judgement, initiative and excellent attention to detail.
  • You’ll be able to work independently, ask good questions and tell us when you think there’s a better way to do something.
  • Digital marketing: 2 years (required)

Preferred

  • Experience with social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and WordPress would be valuable.
  • Experience with Photoshop or other design software is welcome, but you don’t need to be a graphic designer.
