Responsibilities

• Managing, monitoring and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Creating engaging content including graphics, photography, video and written posts
• Designing a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, presentations, adverts, banners and digital assets
• Working with external agencies, printers and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing collateral
• Supporting events, community engagement activities and integrated marketing campaigns
• Supporting with the ongoing maintenance and development of website listings, reviews and other online information for all Homes
• Analysing marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and results

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within an in-house team
• Strong graphic design skills and confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Experience managing business social media channels
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Homes when required

Preferred

• Marketing qualifications
• Email marketing experience (Mailchimp or similar)
• Photography or video editing skills
• Experience within healthcare, social care or multi-site organisations
