Job Summary

Own the core content and social engine for a multi-channel marketing role targeting brand building and engagement, with hands on content creation, SEO support, and cross-team storytelling.

  • Social and content ownership: create posts, respond to communities, and grow engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and blogs.
  • Content and website engine: write blogs/case studies, update pages, and support SEO and landing pages to lift organic performance.
  • Campaigns and collaboration: support email, events, and marketing projects while learning and driving business impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll support a real mix of marketing activity, from creating social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to helping manage our channels, respond to comments and messages, and spot new ways to grow engagement.
  • You’ll also get involved in writing blogs, articles, case studies and other content, working with colleagues across the business to gather ideas, insights and stories that help bring our brand to life.
  • Apart from this, you’ll help keep our website fresh and engaging by updating content, supporting SEO and landing pages, and reviewing performance to see what’s working well and where we can improve.
  • You’ll also support email campaigns, events, reporting and wider marketing projects — sharing ideas, learning as you go, and getting involved in work that makes a real difference to the business.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a Marketing, Communications or Business-related degree.
  • Someone with around 1 year's marketing experience looking for their next challenge.
  • Passionate about marketing and keen to build a long-term career.

Preferred

  • Experience using WordPress, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms.
