Job Summary

Own the growth-focused marketing program by coordinating multi-channel campaigns, content, and events to deliver cohesive branding and measurable results across digital and B2B channels.

  • Manage content and site optimization: Photoshop-driven assets and WordPress updates to support branding and SEO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and events to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Oversee content creation using Adobe Photoshop and copywriting skills to produce engaging materials for various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines.
  • Analyse campaign performance through Google Analytics and other tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives within budget constraints.
  • Manage B2B marketing activities, fostering relationships with partners and clients through targeted outreach programmes.
  • Organise promotional events and campaigns, leveraging social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, presentation creation, and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management roles within a marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Demonstrable skills in project management, organisation, and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with social media management tools and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience managing company social media channels
  • Ability to create engaging content, including video production
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience using Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar marketing and scheduling platforms
  • Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Japanese language skills
