Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaign planning and delivery with a strong bias toward events and audience-segmented content, coordinating across digital, social, email, and partnerships.

  • Campaign ownership: plan and execute integrated campaigns to hit visitor targets and revenue goals.
  • Content & channels: ensure on-brand creative and consistent voice across social, email, websites, and events.
  • Measurement & collaboration: track performance and align with partners, agencies, and exhibitors to optimize outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve visitor and revenue targets
  • Assist in the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships and print
  • Work to campaign timelines and event deadlines, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately and on time
  • Content & Creative Execution
  • Produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials and copy tailored to key audience segments
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels
  • Support delivery of event content and features (e.g. talks, workshops, features, exhibitions) within marketing campaigns
  • Digital & Channel Management
  • Lead on social media management across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, to deliver year-round engaging content across all events

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing and campaign planning
  • Experience in basic website management
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and campaigns
  • Understanding of conventional and digital marketing channels
  • Good overall IT skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Able to think creatively and strategically

Preferred

  • Experience in consumer events or exhibitions
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Adestra or similar email systems
  • Experience in editing social media video content’ and ‘Familiarity with Canva or similar design programmes
  • Interest in craft, art, or creative industries
