Job Summary

Own the publishing marketing mix, coordinating cross-channel campaigns from planning through delivery to measure impact on readership and sales.

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan commercial programs and align with budget, timelines, and KPIs to drive awareness and demand.
  • Content & Creative: Source, brief, and manage digital and print assets and collaborate with creators for engaging formats.
  • Channel Execution & Partnerships: Lead social, newsletters, site, and influencer/content creator collaborations while coordinating with editors, authors, licensors, and retailers.

Job Description

  • Plan and deliver commercially focused and strategic marketing campaign plans on time and to budget to maximise consumer awareness and sales
  • Present campaigns to key internal and external stakeholders including licensors, authors, illustrators and agents
  • Brief media activity in-house and to external agencies
  • Brief and manage the creative development of digital and printed marketing materials, briefing external designers as required
  • Manage Farshore’s website, newsletter and social media platforms, including creating and implementing creative content regularly
  • Supported by the Senior Marketing Manager, use consumer insight and data to understand readerships and inform audience targeting
  • Monitor ROI against pre-agreed KPIs and update stakeholders on results
  • Liaise with authors, illustrators, licensors and designers to produce compelling digital content such as TikToks, Reels, animated videos, GIFs and graphics.
  • Develop collaborations with content creators across key channels
  • Assist with the management of assets on the Farshore Amazon Store
