Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Executive, you’ll gain hands-on experience seeing how marketing works beyond the screen.
• You’ll be involved in in-person marketing campaigns, representing established brands and helping bring their campaigns to life through direct interaction with different audiences.
• This could include working across: Brand Activation - Helping bring brands into real-world environments and creating memorable experiences that connect people with the brands we represent.
• Face-to-Face Marketing - Engaging with different audiences in person and developing an understanding of how communication, presentation and brand perception influence engagement.
• Campaign Execution - Supporting live marketing campaigns and learning how campaigns are implemented, adapted and delivered in different environments.
• Audience Engagement - Developing an understanding of different audiences, communication styles and what makes people respond to a brand or campaign.
• The focus is on learning by doing.
• You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching, allowing you to develop your understanding of marketing while gaining practical experience that you simply can’t get from a classroom or lecture theatre.

Requirements

• A recent Marketing graduate looking for your first opportunity
• A graduate from a related subject such as Business, Communications or Advertising
• Someone with previous experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, events or customer-facing environments
• Someone looking to develop their communication, creativity and commercial awareness
