Responsibilities

• Plan integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, social media, PPC, SEO, PR and print, aligning activity with business objectives, target audiences and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns from brief through to launch, ensuring all activity is executed accurately, on time and to a high standard.
• Take ownership of customer acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns, using CRM automation, customer segmentation and workflow management to deliver relevant customer journeys and targeted communications.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuously improve engagement, conversion and ROI.
• Creating and coordinating engaging content for blogs, case studies, website, social media, email and print marketing.
• Managing our organic social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement and performance reporting.
• Working with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials, sales collateral and point-of-sale assets.
• Supporting website content management, SEO initiatives and ongoing digital marketing projects.

• Experienced in coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns.
• Organised and highly detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident analysing campaign performance and using data to inform decisions.
• A strong communicator who can work effectively with colleagues, agencies and suppliers.
• Proactive, commercially aware and keen to contribute ideas and recommendations.
• Previous marketing experience is essential.

Preferred

• Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
