Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing execution and cross-functional communications for an education-focused audience, including events, content, and partner relationships.

Marketing operations: own campaigns, systems, and supplier relationships.
Audience/channel ownership: manage programs with schools, professionals, and education partners across channels.
Content and comms engine: produce engaging content, PR, and communications to support events and digital products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Create engaging content and communications
Support conferences, webinars and events
Build relationships with schools and professionals
Help grow our digital products + services
Manage marketing systems and communications
Coordinate external suppliers and freelancers
Marketing campaigns
Content creation
Events and exhibitions

Requirements

3–5 years' experience in marketing, communications, engagement or a related field.
A confident communicator
Highly organised and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple projects
A strong writer
Relationship-focused
Able to work independently
Passionate about making a positive difference
Location: LS14 office with UK wide travel required

Preferred

Experience within education, healthcare, social enterprise or public services would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience across multiple innovative brands, tech and services
