Job Summary

Own and orchestrate multi-channel marketing for a premium local care brand, balancing strategy, budget, PR, and partner relations to drive ROI across customers, healthcare professionals, and community groups.

  • Set the strategy, manage the budget, and own channel execution across website, social, and listings with a content engine that supports growth.
  • Lead PR, media relations, events, and community partnerships to maximize coverage and local impact.
  • Coordinate customer, professional, and partner communications calendars while upholding premium brand standards across all activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy
  • Set, track, and work to an approved budget
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies
  • Analyse marketing performance and report on ROI
  • Manage PR and create press releases to achieve maximum news coverage
  • Manage digital marketing channels (inc. website, social media, and online listings)
  • Manage our communication calendar for customers, healthcare professionals, charities, and partners
  • Manage our Bluebird Care brand to ensure all activity reflects our premium standards
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials, including the design and production of professional collaterals
  • Co-ordinate events and community engagement activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within health & social care or a service-led sector
  • Strong digital marketing skills (inc. SEO, AEO, and content management systems)
  • Experience in PR, design and content creation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and creative skills
  • Ability to work strategically while delivering hands-on tasks
  • Commercial awareness and budget management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business use)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing

Preferred

  • A marketing qualification is desirable but not essential
