Own end-to-end event growth and sponsorships, turning exhibitions into revenue through strong partnerships and marketing-collaborated campaigns.

Event growth ownership: drive registrations, attendance and audience growth
Sponsorships and partnerships: secure sponsorships and build industry relationships
Campaign collaboration: work with marketing to deliver campaigns that move revenue

Job Description

Responsibilities

Driving event registrations, attendance and audience growth
Developing and securing sponsorship opportunities
Building relationships with exhibitors, suppliers and industry partners
Identifying new partnerships to expand reach and brand visibility
Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns
Contributing to revenue growth and overall event profitability

Requirements

Proven experience within event marketing, exhibitions, conferences or trade shows
Strong track record in sponsorship sales or partnership development
Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of event-led lead generation
Confident relationship builder with strong networking capability
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership

Preferred

Experience within construction, trades, property, or the wider UK business sector is highly advantageous, particularly exposure to events such as UK Construction Week, The Business Show, InstallerSHOW or similar.
